1. Age Requirement

Razdevai is intended for users aged 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (email address, name) when you sign in
• Authentication data through OAuth providers (Google, Yandex)
• Images you upload for AI processing
• Payment and transaction records (processed through Telegram Stars)
• Usage data such as features used, generation history, and credits activity

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our AI generation service
• Process your payments and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates
• Enforce our Terms of Service, including our minor protection policy

4. Image Data

Images you upload are processed by our AI service provider to generate results. Uploaded images and generated results are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 3 days. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We also use analytics services (see Section 6) that may set their own cookies to help us understand how users interact with our service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Yandex OAuth — for authentication
• Resend — for sending email verification codes
• Telegram Stars — for payment processing
• Google Analytics (GA4) — for usage analytics (production only)
• Yandex Metrica — for usage analytics and session recording (production only)
• Cloudflare R2 — for temporary image storage

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data. Yandex Metrica may record user sessions (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the user experience. No sensitive data (passwords, payment details) is captured in session recordings.

7. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Account data — retained while your account is active, deleted upon account deletion request
• Uploaded and generated images — automatically deleted after 3 days
• Transaction records — retained for the duration required by applicable law
• Usage logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

You have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data and account
• Restrict or object to certain processing of your data
