By using Razdevai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Razdevai. By creating an account or using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable law
• Upload, process, or generate any images depicting minors (persons under 18) in any context. This is strictly prohibited and constitutes a zero-tolerance policy
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Use generated content for blackmail, extortion, or defamation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our service

5. Minor Protection Policy

Razdevai has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of images depicting minors.

• Uploading any image of a person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited, regardless of intent or context
• If we detect or receive a report that a user has uploaded images of minors, the account will be permanently banned immediately without prior notice
• All associated data, credits, and subscription benefits will be forfeited with no refund
• We reserve the right to report such activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in the relevant jurisdictions
• We may employ automated detection systems and manual review to enforce this policy

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

All purchases on Razdevai are final and non-refundable.

• Subscription fees (monthly or annual) are charged at the time of purchase. Credits are delivered according to the plan terms
• We do not offer refunds for unused credits, partial subscription periods, or any other reason, except where required by applicable law
• If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account
• Payments are processed through Telegram Stars. By making a purchase, you also agree to Telegram's applicable payment terms
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal

7. Intellectual Property

The Razdevai service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Razdevai and protected by intellectual property laws. Images generated through our service are subject to our content licensing terms. You retain no ownership over the AI models, algorithms, or technology used to generate content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razdevai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any generated content. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits or subscription benefits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
